Why this exists

The standard is live. The guidance is thin.

The RICS Responsible Use of AI standard became mandatory on 9 March 2026. Thirty requirements. No transition period.

Most firms don't yet have that evidence. The requirements ask you to show the human decisions behind your AI use, made at the time you made them. If a client, an insurer or a regulator asks to see it, a generic policy won't be enough.

The self-check walks through what the standard asks of your firm and where the common gaps are. It is free, it takes about ten minutes, and there is nothing to buy at the end of it.

What surveyors say.

From surveyors who've attended Nina's live sessions and worked with her directly.

Nina's AI knowledge is exceptional. AI is coming whether property professionals like it or not, and Nina is making a real difference in breaking down uncomfortable barriers and making it all seem much more accessible and useful.

Neil Kurz
Surveying & Block Mgt

An excellent session that breaks down the whats, whys and wherefores on AI. Nina makes the subject accessible and entertaining with her friendly and approachable presenting manner. Highly recommend.

Jony Milner
Chartered Surveyor

A very well presented and engaging session. It's great that Nina has taken up the challenge of interpreting the RICS Professional Standard into something tangible.

Tim Clark
Building Surveyor

Having attended both of the sessions I can say that I found them very informative and in my opinion they are essential pieces of education for anyone who wants to start getting up to speed on this very important aspect of the job.
